The project consisted of the complete gut of an existing two-story 20,000 SF building and buildout of the 1st floor to serve as the urgent care and diagnostic center with the 2nd floor comprising of administrative spaces and approximately 6,000 SF of open space for future expansion. The urgent care/diagnostic center includes exam rooms, triage, waiting area, as well as administrative and support spaces, ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, X-ray and CT. Additional scope of work included all new site work, roof, windows and exterior façade changes.
