Optima Plaza North is a 29-story, high-rise commercial building located in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The project has a total of 709,503 sq. ft. and comprises a 9-story parking garage (390,514 sq. ft.), a 2-story financial building (23,757 sq. ft.), and a 20-story office tower (295,232 sq. ft.) above the garage. 

The project includes 272,302 sq. ft. of office space, 12,508 sq. ft. of bank space, 1,767 sq. ft. for a café, 47,650 sq. ft. for garden and reflecting pool decks on the fifth and ninth floors, and 851 parking spaces, which will be located in the basement and in the garage at the base of the building. MEP services are located on level 1 of both the tower and garage structure as well as the roof of the tower.

Optima Plaza North uses green materials and sustainable construction method and will receive a LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
